By using Odometer you agree to the terms below.

Licence

On iPhone, Odometer is licensed under Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA). On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

Odometer Pro subscription

• Odometer Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, the paid period starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's own refund policies.

Safe use

Odometer records your drives and gives you information; it is no substitute for traffic rules and careful driving. Never hold your phone while driving. Only run performance timers on closed courses where it is safe. Speed and distance come from your phone's GPS and can drift.

Community

Your nickname and car label may be visible to other users; don't use offensive content. Accounts that break the rules may lose access to social features.
